BEING UGLY MEANS BEING AUTHENTIC.
Let’s reclaim a word that’s typically used to put others down, accept ourselves and our struggles - our ugliness, and embrace what’s real.

We’ve all been in a situation when we’re called out for being different - when we’re called out for being Ugly. It’s a word that’s used to make us feel like outcasts, like we’re less than, like we don’t belong. But it’s our differences that make us unique and our world a more diverse home in a society that pushes for perfection and hides what it takes to get there.

Our Ugly community strives to embrace each individual and celebrate our differences. We’re driven to build a family based on inclusiveness, promoting acceptance in race, gender, orientation, culture, and ability.
